When you reach out, you connect with an independent garage door provider near you. That provider is a separate local business. It runs its own schedule and sets its own prices. Missattended Garage Doors only makes the introduction.

What They Will Ask You
Expect a few simple questions. Have the answers ready.
- What is the door doing? Stuck, slow, loud, crooked, or off its track?
- When did it start? Hours ago, or days?
- Did you hear a loud bang before it stopped?
- Is the door open or closed right now?
- How old is the door and opener?
- What is the make, if you know it?
A photo of the problem can help.
Questions to Ask the Provider
You are the customer. Ask what you need to know.
- Can I get a written quote before work starts?
- Is the visit fee part of the final price?
- Do you carry insurance, and are you licensed where I live?
- Are the parts new? Is there a warranty on parts or labor?
- How long will the job take?
- If the spring or cable is damaged, do you replace both springs?
A clear provider will answer plainly. If an answer feels vague, ask again.
Know Your Limit
Until help arrives, keep it safe. Keep kids and pets away from the door. Do not touch the spring or the cables. Do not force the door up or down. Hours, then days, a stuck door can strain the opener and track.
