Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices, does its own work, and handles its own customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider yourself. Keep notes in writing.

We confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we look into it. That may mean contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
Reply to our answer and ask for another review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office, your state attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help too.
